VT102 codes
Ah-ha! Found it. Just mounted the stupid thing under linux (forgot how
easy that is).
Here it is - if you've got any questions feel free to ask but it's really
very straightforward. I coded in all the stuff we have right now in
a couple hours one night, and that was counting that I had to give myself
a quick refresher course on how all our low level IO/socket stuff worked.
