Matt said much the same thing, and I agree in both cases, however I would
qualify this stuff as 2nd degree PvP.  Attempting to kill or steal
from someone can always be considered a direct assault on someone's
character.  Running for political office might be ("My arch-rival is
running for that office?  Than I shall, too!") but need not be.  (They
might not even know that someone else was running for that office.)
