This gives me an idea. I'm not sure how the legal side of this idea would
work. What if the pay mud were to charge per incident. Example: Bubba
finds a bug and exploits it. GM Boffo discovers this and puts a ten dollar
outstanding balance on Bubba's account. Bubba will not be able to play
anymore until he pays that balance. This way the pay mud does not lose the
customer and actually makes money. So if Bubba wants to be a jerk he has
to pay for it.
The penalty amount is obviously questionable. It would depend on the
offense and such.
